Hi , Anyone knows where is the GPS unit in the 2009 Vibe???

Probably in the on-star module.

As ned said, it's embedded into the onstar module.If you are positive you will never want onstar service, you can look around on the web, there are sites that show you how to "hack" the GPS module and use it for your own projects. But I don't condone tampering with the onstar module because I know it can cause problems in some cars (maybe not the vibe so much as a "true" GM car, but still, it's a risk!)
