Hey guys/gals, my brand new Vibe 2.4 litre manual is acting up, 3 times now when i tried to start it she started and immediately stalled, but it fired right back up when i tried it again, I called the dealer, no bulletins found on the car except for the wheel corrosion problem. So they don't know what else to do, I live 240km away from them so it's hard for me to get there for such an intermittent problem, anyone else here have a similar problem yet??
Count me in as well. It happens about once a month. The car struggles to start and then dies out. The next moment it'S business as usual. I have my 6 month warranty inspection next week and I plan to tell them about it though I doubt they'll do anything about it... I expect a familiar "we couldn't recreate the problem, no idea what it is"

exactly, if no codes are set and it's not hapening, they are not going to be able to find it. I asked my dealership to take all my info and call gm technical assistance to ask them about the problem, I have yet to even find my data link connector to hook it up to the computer to see if there are any codes in there, lol. If anyone else having this problem, please let us know here, thanks.
I just got off the phone with my dealer, they said tech assistance don't have anything on it, however he is going to put in a PIR on it to gm, if enough of us put them in through our dealers, they said gm will act on it and look into the problem.
It's possible that you guys aren't allowing the fuel pump to pressurize the fuel system fully... I know not very likely, but, it's a possibility... I know with some vehicals, like my Astro, you can hear the pump "pump up" as soon as you put the ignition into the "on" position.. sometimes my Subie will stumble on start up, if I just stick the key in and spin it to start really quick, after it's been setting for some time... My Subie is built though, and it's got a aftermarket fuel pump... so you KNOW, when it's pumping up... lol... Just a possibility... intermitent problems are the hardest problems..
