Went to my dealer and they have the vibe with the sport package and its almost $1900 option and I asked If I could get it for mine and they said they can't.

Actually, according to the 2004 brochure, the body kit is only available in Salsa, Satellite, and Abyss. Otherwise, you can order it primed, but it has to be painted by a third party.
