09 Vibe Center Cap Loose

this is a freakin joke! i have an 09 vibe gt and after just 2 months the center caps started falling off. at first they tried to make me pay for them but i wasnt having that. they replaced them under warranty........a few weeks ago i went to get another one replaced and they told me there has been some message sent out to the dealerships to "fix" the problem. these *******es pried the remaining caps off, put down a bead of silicone and popped them back in and called it fixed!!! what a freakin joke. there were some small dings on the wheels after having this done. i'm pissed to say the least. instead of fixing the caps, they just jerry-rigged them........i hate to say it but i doubt this is happening with the 09 matrix..............other than that, i love the car.

I lost two on the front of the 09 GT. Dealer replacing. Should be in now. I will do the silicone trick.Oh you can add Atlanta GA on the map.Ace...

I ended up losing another one.... the dealer fixed me up in no time with new caps and had me on my way.... I took a call when they actually put them on, so I didn't see if they used silicone or not.The dealer said it was a common problem with the Vibe's... in fact, according to the service guy that helped me it's the only warranty issue they've seen on the '09 vibes so far.
