09 Remote Keyless Programming instructions needed

Does anyone have the RKE programming instructions for the 2009 model? its the new key with remote integrated into the fob, similar to the 09 Matrix and 09 Corolla.One of my keys was stolen and I have ordered a replacement from the dealer ($75 later...) and now they want to charge me $80 to program the new key and my one remaining original key.I know the procedure will only take 10 minutes and it will be a ridiculous series of turning the ignition and opening and closing doors, and dont really feel like shelling out $80 for that bs...
