If you are planning on doing any driving in snow A/S tires freeze into rocks.. Milage is NOT the only consideration that should be taken into account when buying tires... I feel like i'm talking to the wall a lot of times... I think people in general think that all I concern myself with is high speed high grip performance, which is completely un-true... I have a summer and winter mode, I don't have the best summer tires OR the best winter tires.. I have the happy medium.. I see tripple tread EVERYWHERE, and I STILL guarentee that they are worst in the snow/cold than ANY dedicated snow tire... So why not TT's for spring/summer/fall and a crappy set of snow tires for winter?? I have no idea, I guess most really, truely don't understand the benifits of snow tires and would much rather put thier wallet in front of their safety and the safety of their families... pitty..
