I'm looking for some floormats for my new 2009 Vibe. I'd like something that would contain EVERYTHING and not allow anything onto carpet. I've read about the GM mats and the good reviews. I was leaning toward the Husky's because of the lip, but are the GM's better and do they not let anything onto the carpet? Thanks

Sorry for the duplicate post, but wasn't getting much traffic in "Interior", or maybe people were just ignoring me...LOL.Anyway, here's the question:I'm looking for some floormats for my new 2009 Vibe. I've got the GM hexagonal rubber mats for my 2005. Don't know if they fit in the 2009 or if there is a separate 2009 version, but they are excellent. Fit perfectly and keep all the crud off the floor.
Don't know about Huskies. However, I just picked up my 09 GT tonight. I transferred the GM hex rubber mats from my 06 base into the GT. All I had to do was rotate the retaining hooks some to grab the holes in the drivers mat.
We bought two 2009 GT's. The first one got the Husky mats. The second GT got GM mats. Personally, I like the GM mats better. The GM mats fit perfectly and looks sharper. They were also cheaper.

What about the ones from weathertech. For like $70-80 well worth it.I don't use all-weather mats and mine still look brand new. Just gotta clean them properly.
Got the Michelin HD 903 heavy duty mats. I leave them all year long. They are big so they cover the whole floor and the pockets are very deep so nothing spills on the sides. Bought them at Costco.

To revive this thread: I bought a used '07 Vibe without mats. I'd like to put stock mats on there, do they have a Vibe logo on them? Anyone have a part number? Are they carpet? I am in San Diego so I don't need all weather. Thanks, this forum is awesome!!!
For many years I have bought heavy duty rubber mat's at Sam's Club - Kraco I think - $20 for 4 piece set - fronts and backs. Come in Grey and Tan. Costco has the same I believe. You can trim the edges on the fronts to fit better. Have them both in my Vibe and my T&C. In the Vibe I just laid them over the regular Vibe mats. I am sure the others mentioned here are superior, but for $20 I am satisfied.

I have the GM premium all weather floor mats in my '09 GT and my mom has them in her '09 GT as well. We couldn't be happier with them. I got the mats from my local dealer for a little less than list thanks to 2 10% GM accessories cards I received in the mail from Pontiac. I love the look of them, especially the front mats with the Vibe and arrowhead logos (they match the cargo mat perfectly). They work great at catching all the rocks and junk from your shoes. They are easy to clean (I scrub them with a brush and tire foam everytime I wash the Vibes). In my opinion, they're well worth the money. You can save a few bucks over list by ordering them from GM Parts Direct. Just thought I'd post this information for anyone looking for the '09-'10 mats.#19170829List price: $128.00 GM Parts Direct price: $93.18 + $19.57 (shipping) = $112.57

As I posted in another thread (center console), I found the stock OEM carpet mats, set of four, on GMaccessories online and ordered them for something like $72 plus $9 shipping. They have the vibe logo on them too. So things are starting to come together as far as getting my '07 Vibe spiffed back to "like new" condition. Thanks!
I like the look of the Lloyd's Rubbertite mats. IIRC I found a set of four for something like $70 - much less expensive and better looking IMO than either OEM or WeatherTech.I have heard they can have a strong odor but apparently this dissapates pretty well if you set them out for several days to off-gas.

I just found out my rear cargo mat and cargo net (Pontiac OEM) came in.So I celebrated by ordering the Rubbertite floor mats - cost $80 shipped from Stylin' Trucks - the cheapest I could find. I was bummed to find out that the local dealer that installed my rear wing no longer carried them - even though they had a few on display.

Cool!I'll try to do the pics when all the new stuff comes in. It is like waiting for Christmas, I've ordered several items and am checking the mail every day!:D

I have been considering getting one, but I couldn't figure out how it would attach and all. Thanks!

I wonder if it has instructions/diagrams in it? Right now it's all wrapped up in a plastic wad. I've seen both a net mounted on the side (where the subwoofer is) and one strapped to the floor - but not like either of my Hondas were it runs across in "tail gate" fashion.I almost didn't buy it because the cargo divider is so cool - but I decided that a lot of time I have just a small thing I want to toss into it and that would be more convenient then opening up the divider every time.I'll post pics when I can.

Here's the cargo net (riding over that gorgeous rubber mat!). I've seen others somehow rigged up on the side, I suppose opposite the subwoofer, but this only goes one way. [IMG][/IMG] This close up shows the hook and the zipper. The net is more like a pouch. I suppose this is a good set up. On my Civic, you need to remove it when you have larger cargo. Here, you can just lay stuff on top, slip it inside or shove it underneath. [IMG][/IMG]

Much thanks for the pictures! I think I will pass on it though. I thought it would go on either side or along the hatch like a normal cargo net. I think I will just stick to using the cargo organizer that's back there. Nice looking cargo mat ! I am still trying to get my hands on one for my mom's '09 GT. They're still on back order through GM Parts Direct, so I will be going to my local dealer to see if they can by chance get one. I can't believe something can be on back order so fast.

I bought both thru my dealer when they agreed to meet the as shipped best price I could find on the internet. Took them about 10 days to get them in.I do love the cargo organizer that came with the car. It is a great option to have.
