HID trouble Flickering fog light

Hey everyone,i am new here but have been using the forums to help me set my vibe up for a couple of years now. So thanks everyone for all the tips this place is great. Now here is my problem... I installed a HID conversion kit for my fog lights about 2 years ago. They are the 9006 size to replace the oem bulbs, are 6000k and do have the relay harness. However last friday night my driver's side fog light started flickering like crazy and won't stop, The problem is still there new but I am not using them for fear of messing something else up. About a year ago my fogs would not work at all but that was fixed by finding a better grounding point for the harness. I already doulbe checked my ground and it is still good. I am afraid I have a bad ballast or a bad bulb. My passenger side is fine though. I would greatly appreciate any help you could offer thanks again.

swap ballasts to see if it goes to the other side if so it's the ballast. if not check your fuses, then swap your bulbs from one side to the other as well see if it's a grounding issue.
