My car has 100k miles. When does someone normalychange out the the springs/shocks? If I am in need, which ones do you reccomend?OEM? Aftermarket?

2wd?4wd?do you want to stay stock height or lower?How tight of a susp. do you want?Your question though a starting point needs more info to help you with your choices

its 2wd, basically want to stay stock.i just want to do as much as possible to start fresh. i want the car to last a long time mainly because i havent taken care of it.

Unless your struts are leaking or you are getting a lot of bounce the springs and struts should be good for quite a while yet. Push down hard on each corner of the car, it should rebound back and settle back to the start position. If it bounces several times the strut is done.
