2003 Vibe License Plate Problems-Help!

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting, but I have been an avid reader of this forum for a while now-great site. I have question and I am wondering if someone can help out. I have a 2003 Silver Pontiac Vibe and my wife and I just moved from AZ to MN for new jobs. After we got the car registered in MN I found out that I have to have a license plate on both the front and back of the car. (You also cant have window tint on all of the windows, but that is another story) I was able to put a plate on the back of the car, but I don’t have a plate holder for the front, and I really don’t want to drill holes into my front bumper just to put a license plate on. I have been looking all over the internet for a front license plate bracket and I have not been able to find one. I called a dealership and they said that they could find it and install it for around $80, and I thought that it was a bit steep for a little piece of plastic. Can anyone help me out or give me any suggestions on where to look for this part? Thanks, I really appreciate it-Tony
