Thank you, everyone -- for both the compliments and the welcome. I've really liked the pics of the other Vibes on the site. ou.grizzly:I do not plan on modifying the car, for now (except for an Eagles print on the rear glass) and will likely be a rather low key owner.If I were to do anything with it though. I wouldn't mind a performance chip and maybe a more aggressive set of shoes for it. Since, I've already been pulled over with the car (just a warning....) I'm not going to rush it.For now, I'm happy having the only '09 GT in town.....(TRUTH!)

It is.But it doesn't look like the kind of insulation to me that can handle high heat. Only about 1/8" thick piece of foam rubber and it only covers the underside of the hood that is directly over TOP of the engine.
