Hi, New Vibe owner here (2009 GT). Vehicles I have owned in the past have allowed the owner to reprogram the key-fob to unlock all the doors on the first push. A google search turned up some instructions for older Toyotas, but after trying them several times they don't seem to work. I figured if anyone knows, you guys would.
I don't have the solution, but would love having this avaiable for my 2008 as well. Pushing the button twice to enter the hatch is cumbersome for me when every other car I've owned was set up for 1-push all-doors open.

it is a saftery feature...you get in car in a dark parking structure at 3 am and hit button once and get in, if a mugger grabs at passenger handel it is locked...you can turn feature off in pre-2008 cars but I have alo not seen a turn off code for 2009 cars
I understand why the default setting is two pushes to unlock all the doors, but I don't need that feature and I find it irritating, especially when I have my hands full, and either think I pushed it twice, or did push it twice but the car didn't pick one of them up...... Anyway as I said, other cars I have owned allow the owner to defeat this feature, hopefully this one does too. Thanks for the feedback.
