I have some sort of "L" bracket in front of my front tires and not sure what the practical use is for them. Curb stopper? (see attached)Does anyone know or has anyone removed them?
At first I thought that too, but the mud flap would be behind the tire. I'm just hoping it isn't something the factory was suppose to remove before sending it out.
Those are to direct airflow and help with aerodynamics and fuel economy. They usually help direct air around the tires so the have less drag. they also help direct cooler air into the engine bay.

i took mine off the first time i took off my front bumber. Quote, originally posted by Toasted7 »I don't ever remember seeing a Vibe that didn't have these. I had my theories about them too, just never really asked I guess.same here.
