1st full day driving the new GT

Report on our new 09 GT. Spent the whole day out doing shopping & errands driving the GT. Had the GT since last Monday. Kept it in the garage till Friday and just drove it to the window tint shop on Friday.Got to admit this car makes me smile when I drive it. Wife likes it too. Don't get me wrong, we both liked our 06 base, but, this is a much better car. I like the acceleration and having 4 wheel disc brakes. The ride is better too,, IMO. Getting ready for a vacation road trip next month, can't wait to try the Vibe out on it. Last year we took our 06 down to Tybee Island , Ga. It done great, and I know the 09 will be great on the upcoming trip

glad you are enjoying the new GT...i can't wait to get mine =D do you think the new vibe is more quiet overall compared to your old one? like road/wind noise i mean.

it does seem somewhat quieter as to the wind noise and some road noise.
