I'm noticing a delay in replies posting on the site

Post by BlueCrush »

When I am replying to threads it is not updating the thread with my post for up to 5-10 minutes sometimes. New threads show up right away, it's just ther replies for me. Is it just server delay?

What browser are you using? Can you try another? I know sometimes I have to clear the browser cache/temporary internet files if anything is quirky with the Forums or other sites.

Opera 9.51I tried F5 and my reply showed up right away. So, now I know it is on my end. Thanks. I'll have to check to see if there is a newer version to see if that helps.

BC, I had the same problem when I upgraded to 9.51. Try this: Preferences --> Advanced --> History --> Check documents and images should be set to always, or else Opera likes to megacache. You may also want to try checking or unchecking the "Remember content on sites" box, I seem to remember something with that.
