2004 Brushed Chrome Rings?

I've read about the new '04 dials, but are the rings still shiny or now brushed to reflect less? Thanks.

From the looks of those dash pics about the guages, they still look chrome.

Go to 2004 Changes 6/1 PAGE 1, scroll to 5/30 2:45am, & scroll to 5/24 for great '04 guage pics by jfcou21 of 5/24. Hope directions are correct.

Didn't see any 04's at the dealer today -- but didn't look to hard either, I was running really late.When I go to pick up my heat shield either next week or the following, I'll take a much closer look...

This is a pic from the matrixvibe.net forum of the new gages. It looks like they're still chrome, not brushed.I think brushed metal would look better than the shiny chrome. Wish they would change it.

Thursday I caught up with the Fusion Orange Vibe I spotted and posted about in this thread:http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=4178It was at a dealership about 80 miles from here and the salesman said they had just recieved the actual sales stickers that afternoon but had not put them in the window yet.The gauge trim rings are still chrome.Looking at the gauges in person I have to say I prefer the all red 2003 gauges - the gauges just seemed to scream "cheap generic import" to me.

My rings are chrome around my dials on my Fusion Orange 04! the only change was the cluster lighting, a little differant color! no big deal

Yea I got to get me a digital camera! I bought the car at Joesph's in Fenton Michigan, They got 3 fushion Orange Vibe's in on the 27th of June I picked mine up on the 28th! First thing I did was buy the Pontiac Inlay and chrome wheels going friday for tint, Thinking of going with 20% or maybee they got some cool colors out now I am thinking gold or blue! also going with a bass canon just to help out the tunes a little. thought about going big on the tunes but I don't want to be a target (for theft)! work to close to Detroit!
