Has anyone considered removing the badges???I took mine off within days of getting it. It looks so much better and you wouldn't believe the looks you get with people trying to figure out what it is.

They are on there with just double sided tape. Used a little dental floss and "sawed" under them. Came off with out any trouble, then used some goof off to get the left over adhesive off and waxed it when I was finished.

Just got them installed, looks great.I have some pretty bad pictures, but they might give you an idea what it looks like. The pictures were taken in my garage...Even thou the overlays look kinda bluish on the pictures when i had the flash on they actually look white when you have a bright light shining on them. I'll get some better pictures tonight when it's dark outside. The service was great and the overlays came with some really good and detailed instructions.I would definately do business with GrafxWorks again if he comes up with some new neat overlays. (Maybe something for the "Pontiac" lettering on the back of the car..)

Thanks for the pics. They look good!So let me ask this question (here it goes.. ), the overlay just goes right over the actual badge itself, right? No removal of the badge is necessary, is that correct?Do they seem durable?

Yes, that is correct. It's basically a sticker that goes right on top of the badge. They seem very durable to me. I'm really happy with them.

Today I got the carbon-fiber overlays, very easy to put on and WOW it really makes a difference.I got a front one, a back one, and the wheel ones.( pontiac symbols only) The carbon-fiber really goes good with neptune, I would recomend them if you want to add a little something different to your car.I wish I had a digital camera so I could post some pics!

I just ordered badge overlays from http://www.GrafxWerks.Com . They emailed me an order form within 12 hours and it had all the instructions for getting them the money. I sent payment today after recieving their email yesterday. So far it has been really easy. I will post updates as to how long it takes to get them. I ordered the Black/Gray Carbon Fiber Reflective for all of the badges and for the center caps on the wheels and the "Pontiac" that is inset above the license plate.

yes, i've got a 2-toneI just installed the inlay the other day.. I cleaned it real good with rubbing alcohol, and it looks like it'll be fine. I just hope it'll stay on there..If it doesn't ill probably buy another set and maybe use a sandpaper to smooth out the surface. But for now i'm hoping it'll stay. Looks schweet.

Wish I did...but as my signature says, I haven't even ordered my Vibe yet. I am getting all the stuff I want for it ahead of time though. It's easier for me to get all of it now while I don't have a car payment. I know it's probably crazy for me to be doing this, but oh well. I will definately post pics of a before and after shot, but I won't be a good source for a reference for a while. Hope I didn't confuse anyone too much.

Well since everyone seems to be lookin for someone who took the badges off.... i took all but the one on the front off... that floss idea was crap.. it kept breakin. So what i did is used fishin' line and it came right off.. then used some glue removal solution to take the double-stick tape off.I would have taken it off the front but it would look silly with just the indent left and no emblem, thats why i was lookin into the overlay.I cant wait to take the emblems off the rim caps and what really gets to me is "pontiac" written above my license plate... maybe ill sand it or just get like a light bar to cover it or something...

I think the decals look awesome, but my opinion is they are way to expensive, especially when its all US dollars, and these are not genuine GM parts...Usually I am very skeptical with aftermarket parts. I think if the prices drop to reasonable level for "stickers" I would consider an entire set and extras!..again this is my opinion only!

What would be nice is a Fancy internal plastic or polyurethane sticker Just above the Glove Compartment with the Pontiac Vibe or Vibe GT logo!
