My Sub setup.
Recently, I got my new bass system in.It is One 12" RE SXand a 2000Watt Fusion AmpHits REALLY REALLY hard. And It sounds awesome.

VERY cool man..... What made you decide to go with RE..?? It's kind of an obscure company and "most" don't even know about them... They usually start with the big 10 companies... What are you going to use to keep it from sliding around?I can't comment much on the fusion amp, don't know much about them... I see a lot of eye flash gimmicky things happening with it though... Doesn't matter if it sounds good right...!!! Good show mang...
I decided to go with R.E. because I heard they were a great company that you cannot really go wrong with. The sub hits hard and sounds great, which is good cause I listen to all types of music. I didn't have to do much to keep it from sliding around since it is already very heavy, so I just got 3 pieces of Velcro and sha-zam. =p

I bet you could get some L brackets, screw them into the box and then use the BASE of the hatch hold downs and run a bolt though them, to hold it down AND not put any holes in the cover... Something to consider..

Is the cargo area still useable at all? I dont own a Vibe so im not sure how it works, does the whole floor lift up as once piece to show the area with the nets, or does it come up in sections? If its in sections then Id assume half of this area is still functional, otherwise if it comes up as one piece then its not?

The floor is in one section, and the box shown above can easily come out, if needed to get under it.. There aren't a lot of options for the vibe.. having something removable is the best on i've come up with, as you get your cake and eat it to... Some have spare tire well enclosures, which are nice, but labor and money intensive... Other have side panel enclosures, same thing... It's all up to how far you want to take it..
EXCELLENT choice on the RE, that thing will serve you for a long time, those are built really well. How big is that box?

Sorry, I forgot I even made this thread... lol. I can still access the area below the box. The box is 1.5 cubic feet. Not too sure on the dimensions. The only problem is that the sub is rattling, I have no idea what its from. I heard it could be anything from the box itself rattling, to tinsel slapping, or even a syder broke on the sub. haha
