2008 Tailgate & Rear Bumper

My 2008 Vibe needs a new tailgate, rear bumper assembly and tail light. Can anyone tell me what years would have the same as I want to search salvage yards for used parts.

all years prior to the 2008 should be identical. the only exception would be on the 2005-2008 the rear washer head has 2 nozzles instead of a single that the 2003-2004 models had.But even then this little issue does not create any issues other than a sigle stream or a double stream when you use the rear washer spray.And Welcome to the Vibedom!!BTW: what happened that you need to replace your rearend?

I bought it this way as a repairable. Its a 2008 with 2k miles on it. The GM dealer was using it as a courtesy car. Damage was minimal, I figured it got totaled since the dealer would take a big hit that you and I would take driving it off the lot.

Congrats on the new ride. Like Bill said, any model year should have the same hatch on it. The rear bumper might be a little different for the '04 and older model. Starting in '05, the body should be identical to the '08.
