17" American Racing Type SR

Post by bull77 »

I could be getting these rims with a set of Kumho 712's this weekend. I'm just not sure if they'll fit the Vibe correctly.Size Multi-Pattern Offset Backspace17x7 5/100 +42mm 5 5/8"and the Kumhos are 215/40/17And if anyone can Photoshop what these rims would look like --- I'd really appreciate it

OEM for a Vibe GT is 17x7", +45, 215/50/17, 26lbsYou're only 3mm off from "ideal" offset compared to OEM 17" Vibe GT wheels. Here's a comparison between those wheels and the OEM Vibe GT backspacing/offset

Those will fit fine man... The Vibe is very tolerant to offset changes.. unlike my Subaru which "ideal" is +53... lol... If I tried going below 43, i'd be rubbing strut..

decided not to get the rims anyways. The guy that was selling them raised the price at the last minute. Went ahead and got the 712s I was talking about
