Why don't Jet Ski's have passenger straps anymore?

Is it an option or something? My cousin has a 95 Yamaha Waverunner that finally died. He wants to get a new 3-seater like the FX SHO or the Sea Doo GTX. But for 3 seaters, they do not have one crucial component. The strap on the last seat so a passenger can hold on.Me and him go out a lot in the summer and kill beers and fly around. But I'm not about to hug up and hold onto his life jacket while riding around, so how do you stay on the thing if you don't have a strap to use?

He just needs to get a 2nd one... then you play cat & mouse and try to follow the same line... My friend go me to fly off mine a couple of times due to the sharpness of the turns you try to follow...I can't believe they don't have straps... that's just wrong... you could make one... shouldn't be too difficult, or maybe it's an option...

Just found out it does. He is lookin at the Sea Doo GTX. 215hp supercharged. We go tubing and bring out people occasionally. Plus they have great financing right now.
