I had to mail him $20 cash.. seemed very very wierd. But that was 5 yrs ago?? Don't know anymore.I do have an insane amount of red vinyl. It's $15/sheet. sheet = 12" x 24" You only red out the orange reflector section, not the entire taillight.

You have to send him something like $22 and some change for red outs and S+H by money order.

Is this the only place to get redouts from?

Just email bluebat he responds fairly quick and ask him about payment. My transaction like 3 yrs ago went smooth as can be. As precut ready to apply vinyls yes this to my knowledge is the only person that sells them.

I emailed him too and haven't gotten a response yet either. I guess with a holiday week he may be out of touch?

No problems with the brushes at diy car washes or sponges in my backyard. winters were fine...they really stay on there. Just get someone else to help install them, they are kind of a pain to put on.

I got the redouts. Now what is a good way to put them on? Just soapy water, soapy water and hairdryer?

use a drop of soap in a spray bottle of water. get a squeegee and start from the inside out. get the air bubbles out as much as you can.

pretty much what hope said. and take your time with the radial curves. I used my fingers instead of a squeege though.

oh and once you have the placement of where you want the vinyl, THEN go over it with heat. that will help seal it and adhere better.

I used my fingers instead of a squeege though.I agree with scherry2... use your finger, it worked a lot better for me that way. Then again I didn't use soap and water, that just made the vinyl slide around more than I wanted, so I dried everything and just stuck it on and squeezed out all the air bubbles with my fingers and it turned out great. Been on for almost 3 years now and they still look great.

i think thats why hope only used a drop of soap. so they didn't slide all over the place.

Did you guys have to trim the redout after it's applied,or is it a perfect fit.

It wasn't perfect. but I didn't do any trimming, the overlap was miniscule.
