Update on my upcoming promotion

I let you all know before that I sat with my client group manager a few weeks back to discuss my move up to the team lead role (having people in my role now working for me).Well we sat down today to go over the plans and he got nothing but rave reviews from my other managers. So he is moving forward aggressively to get me to take on the responisiblities of the team lead such as project managing and implementing. That means more work load but also new opportunities. So given the time I will soon no longer need to be barbacking for the extra cash which will be nice, and putting my time and effort into my new role. I wouldn't leave until I got the job and the cash raise as well.I am not gonna bore you with the details of my work, it is HR outsourcing but more specifically financial work with payroll, 401K, assets, loans, etc. Currently I do processing and individual participant and client relations instead of the bigger projects and new additions to the plans I work on. So wish me luck and hope all goes well. I had to tell someone and my fiance is still working and my father is not answering his cell phone at the moment so you guys and gals got the first news.
