I'm using Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer. Works great, doesn't leave a residue and provides a nice aroma for a short time. I'm very happy with the results.

Is it my turn, LOL.I used the Meguiar's Interior stuff mentioned above, was pretty nice but seemed to be a little too glossy and wore out quickly for my tastes. I switched to Meguiar's #40 Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner Conditioner and the results have been phenomenal. You have to apply it like a wax almost, it is a spray but put it on the rag and rub it in like you were polishing your car. It leaves no residue, has a TRUE new car smell to it, and does not have a high gloss. Gives it a showroom clean look. One big misconception with the interior plastics is that you can simply wipe something on it fast and it is clean. Plastic is a porous object like leather. So product can penetrate to clean it. For the price, I picked up two bottles for now and have had nothing but pleasant results. It even works fantastic on exterior plastics as well.
Someone on here took my advice and picked up some #40, you can't get it from a store, you have to go online to Autodetailingsolutions.com or autogeek.net and pick it up. Not too expensive either in comparison. He had REALLY good results with his cladding. It is easy to put on, and does not leave a big streak on your paint when you miss. Wipes off easily from paint and dries quickly so that rain and other things won't run it off. It lasts for weeks too.

Whatever sheen is on the plastic is what remains. The dash for instance is rather dull, which I like because I don't get reflections. I use it whenever I wash the car, about weekly so I don't know about it wearing out.
