Wifey went and got two tickets this morning for tonight's advance screening, and the boy and I are going. At first he told me he didn't really care to see it, then he went and booked the night off of work (he is the sole employee at a video rental store), and said he wanted to go with me, so I wouldn't have to be the 46 year-old guy going to a superhero movie alone. His actual comments were a little meaner, using the words "pathetic", and "comic book geek" and "old fart". LOL.BTW, Iron Man IS one of my favorite superheroes.

Probably the best use of three hours in a movie theater I've had for a while. We got there about an hour early, expecting a big lineup, to be the only two people sitting in the theater, at show time it was about half full, I guess a lot of people didn't know there was a sneak preview.Downey is GREAT as Stark, he just nailed it, there is a bunch of really funny bits, I doubt they could have picked a better choice, and I bet he had a riot making it.This movie is an absolute hoot. (maybe a woot even?) I'd definitely go to see it again. The local reviewer did an interview with him:http://www.londonfreepress.com...oviesOh, yeah, stick around till the end of the credits, but they're really long.

I'll be going to the dusk till dawn at the drive in to watch it on thursday. This summer some kid is going to college thanks to me and all of the movies coming out this year that I want to see.
