Unused Harness in my Passenger Door

Post by skylinedrifter »

So I had the trim off of my passenger door when I noticed that there is some sort of an unused harness just hanging out, just minding it's own business. I am pretty certain it is somehow tied into my speakers since its wiring seems to match the wires leading to the 6.5 speakers but I can't be certain. I also don't recall seeing one on the driver's side, but then again, it was dark when I had the other trim off.Anyone know what I am talking about and what it might be for? Tweeters, perhaps?

That's what I was thinking, too. Just wondered if anyone else was familiar with them and could save me some test time. When I have more time I'm going to test them out and see if they're live.

Picture of the rogue harness would help some identify in.Regardless, if you don't have the premium sound with tweeters, then yeah, could be for those.
