Found it at a used car dealer of all places.2005 Vibe base model. 5 speed, no power windows, doors, or cruise control, though I read that cruise can be put in for less than $100.CLEAN ONE owner CarFax.44,500 miles.Price.... $8,800It looks like the original owner had the grey body panels painted to match, though they don't match completely they are close enough.He also tinted the windows himself. Not to great of a job, but will do.And he put camo tape on the roof racks, which (I'm a gun nut) I will leave for the time being.Runs and drives straight, Tons of room. Clean smoke free interior. He also had the steel wheels underneath the hubcaps painted blue when the side skirts were painted. I am dropping about $650 to get 4 new Michelin Hydroedge (90,000mile) tires put on this weekend and will paint the rims beforehand. Am using the old tires to plant potatoes instead of ME paying the tire dealer $5/tire to keep them.Here is the only pic I have available which is the dealer pic... But it is CLEAN, and does have service records that I found in the manual in the glove box. Writing looks like an older gentleman owned it and kept meticulous records, oil changes, tire rotations, even wrote down that it takes 4 quarts instead of 3.9 and the 76lb torque rating for the tires. I prefer the manual windows and doors to the auto as I plan on keeping it for 100's of thousands of miles. Will do the cruise mod ASAP.Here's a pic.. How'd I do???
