Instrument cluster is pretty easy, If you take to top of the dash off, unplug the harness to the cluster and then there are two speed clip tabs at the bottom of the cluster, just pop the cluster up with minimal force and its out. Here is a link with detailed instructions to get the top of the dash off Courtesy of Ragingfishhttp://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=9977Ive never taken the bumpers off the vibe before but most cars just have a few bolts and mostly some sort of clips holding ithem on. the front clip is easy to take off three plastic retainer clips that look like philips head screwdriver heads.then the two hood bumpersthen there is a 10mm bolt at the point where the fender and the bumper meet in the wheel well. then there are two more 10mm bolts that hold on plastic shrouds for your wheel liners. then two more plastic push in clips up under the front clip. In all i think there are 14 fasners all together.. I can take my front clip off now in about 2mins... it's really easy to doI don't know about the rear bumper

It has 2 bolts like the front bumper near the wheel well liner, and 2 under the car along the bottom. Then it has 3 or more in the middle, and you have to take the whole rear innards apart to get to them. The nuts are under the farthest rear cover and you have to get to them through small holes. I'm sure this doesn't help, but once you start tearing it apart hopefully it helps figure out where stuff is.
