Free and Clear!!!

Post by VforVIBE »

That's right today, 269 days after my little 'run in' with a Cobalt, a third party company decided that the driver of the Cobalt was at 100% fault and Geico will pay the damages to my Vibe (about $5,000 worth). Thus ending the law suit brought on by the other driver. I don't think it would have turned out that way if I didn't take pictures after the accident, and I don't think I would have taken pictures if I wasn't on GenVibe. So everyone, DRINKS ARE ON GEICO TONIGHT!!! Vibe-2 Cobalt-0 you don't mess with da Vibe For those of you who haven't a clue what I'm talking about...http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=29446

Why did it take so long for the settlement? Has your car been fixed already?I just got my check for my Vibe today also. Looks like everyone is getting paid out!

Congratulations. Always good news when something involving an accident report and an insurance company comes out right and fair. Glad all is OK.

Congrats! Happy to hear all worked out the way it should have. That seems to be the exception rather than the norm these days.
