Im joining the Anti Wheel Gap (removed).!!!

Post by audiovibe »

Saturday I will be joining in with all the lowered vibes on the site with some s-techs. I was going to do the install myself but met a friend of my cousin that is ASE certified in springs and works for a tire and suspension place that said he would do it for $100 at work on saturday. Now I cant wait.Aron

Springs are on will have pics tomorrow. Its like a different car. The ride is much better then with stock springs, but that might change when I put my other wheels back on.Aron

Ok here are some pics for the mob, and please excuse my neighbors house and the fact that I had to use my phone to take pics, as my camera broke and my wifes is hot hot pink, I cant take it in public.BeforeAfterNow I just need to decide what to do with my wheels. My choices are WhiteOr the dark Gunmetal that they came inHope you enjoy Aron

Aron!!!Looks awesome! makes me want to join the gap (removed). too. For wheels, I personally partial to the gun metal... Don't get me wrong whtie cars with white wheels do look nice, but for some reason, on the vibe I think the Guns look better... maybe it's all the black in the tinted windows... Hey can you tell me how much ground clearance you still have at the front bumper and at the side skirts right behind the front wheels?

I have 7" at the tip of the Bumper and 5.5" at the lowest point under the bumper (lower air dam) and 5.5" at the lowest part after the front wheel wells. I also measured the tailpipe, and that is at 6.5" The rest of the tint is gonna come off probably within the month, I might go to a 20% though.Aron

Yea I think Im liking the gunmetals also, I already have 3 of them the white wheel was damaged when I got into an accident last year. The damage was just cosmetic so I never had it replaced. I chose to paint that one to see if I like it.Aron

Looks Great, Aron! I like the gunmetal wheels with the white Vibe. I used to belong to the anti-wheel gap (removed). But now I belong to the wheels gap (removed). Keep up the good work.

Thanks al for the positive feedback. My wife and I compared the 2 and we also decided the gunmetal was a better look so called up my wheel guy to order the replacement for the white wheel that I currently have. Now that I have 5 wheels I caan have a full size spare, just gotta change the color back.Aron

The wheels in GM look HOT... Satin black would be even HOTTER... Now all you need is a copy of my "stormtrooper" sticker and we could start a "club"... or and "(removed)" ..... LOL... Pssssst...... http://www.stickergiant.com/St....html
