I worked in a call center fresh out of college myself. Please do not take this the wrong way but just as food for thought. My call center and this one are probably 24 hours a day. Make sure you know what your schedule will be like such as weekend and holiday work. Would you be on a team with other teammates to work out a schedule? Is this contract work? If so when is it up next? Also, make sure you know a possible career path if you take the job.Just things to be aware of since I was not informed myself very well of them. Otherwise good luck and the benefits sound good!
My cousin did the same job in Richmond, Va and she really liked it. She used it as a way to pursue her real talent in being a sketch artist and got into fingerprinting work and indentification. Good luck.
