Radio Noise

Post by nate06 »

I normally work nights and sleep a lot during the day. This guy parked outside my apartment 20ft from my bedroom window has his radio blarring again. NOBODY wants to hear his bass. I think his radio should be taken away from him. Anyone willing to come steal it.?

No thanks, I'd rather not have a criminal record but I feel your pain... I worked nights for many years. People don't respect the night dwellers. When I came home at 3 AM, I sure as heck didn't start blasting the stereo or slamming things around! Too bad nobody ever gave me that common courtesy in return. If it wasn't the neighbors, they would be doing work on the apt. building or working outside, or ricers going down the street gunning it and letting their fart cans wail. Noise everywhere... I learned to adapt, just put on whatever noises I could to drown everything else out -- some soothing music was usually my choice. It got to where I couldn't sleep in a silent room, which I still have that problem now that I'm on days. Gotta have my distractions to catch some z's.

We are in 100% agreement... odd, but true.. lol... I used to work night, and I had a fan, AC in the window and one of them little waterfall dealies to try and dround out the world, I also covered my window with 2 blanckets.. I live in a large apt building and there was NO respect... like the asshats downstairs that let thier door SLAM every single time they walked though it..
