replacement part

Post by tribalman »

alright, a long time ago i accidently messed up the plastic that resides under the engine and also blocks the wheel well from the wiper fluid res. i'm not sure exactly what it is called, but basiclly i want to replace it. i tried doing a search for a parts listing so i can see if i can find one online for cheaper than a stealership. can anybody direct me to a part list or possibly the item i'm looking for? i can post pictures if you would like me to.

I think you mean the fender liner or wheel well liner. The big plastic piece that starts at the bumper and goes up and over the right front wheel. It's part#88969696. $115.00 at the dealer here in Canada.Online at partszoneonline.com it's $65.48 plus shipping.https://www.partszoneonline.com/index.php

I edited the link and it's the right front that covers the washer tank, that's the correct part number though. I replaced mine last year when I hit a huge racoon.

i ordered the part finally because the front dropped down and started to drag on the road. i'm trying to install it but i can't figure out how to get some of the push pins out. do i need to remove some of the side panels, or is there a way to remove them another way? raven, any tips from your install? thanks.*edit* i got all but one removed. it is the one located on the bottom. but inorder to remove it i need to remove the molding underneath the door, how do you do that?
