i was just wondering how much it would cost to replace an entire door on a pontiac vibe....saw this commercial where a guy had his car door ripped off in a car wash cuz he opened it to get a flyer on his windshieldany ideas...im guess a couple thousand$i know totally random right?
you can get an entire door shell, but you'd still have to order every single item that goes into it seperately..... I'd estimate $2,500 in parts, and probably $1,800 in labor to build it, paint it, mount it ect. Most times an entire door has to be replaced, they like to use salvage yard doors, they might have to repaint, but it saves having to build the thing from scratch.

Door didn't have to be replaced, but it had a nice crease and also a crease in the fender. IIRC, $1500 or so...So, what I'm gettin at is that $500-750 seems to be pretty low, possibly not right.
$1,775.00 give or take a few hundred dollars is the estimate....the only problem is that it cant be dont to the 25th and they need it for a few days....
