Quote, originally posted by Kamikaze » add some strobes in the lights... man that would be sweeet!i would but technically its not legal around here unless you display red lights...im all blue....as it is i got pulled over the other day on the way to call assist....the cop must of not know i was EMS...he looked fairly new to me....well at least now he knows not to pull me over...PA law states you have to have one visible 360 degree lightbar..then after that you only are allowed one dash light...then they go as far as restricting how many times per minute they can flash....also tell you how bright their allowed to be...so technically everyone that only displays a dash light no matter the color is illegal...but enforcement never happens when it should.....lighting regulations vary from state to state...its stupid....althought there are plenty of people around here that do illegally use the headlight strobes...my feeling is if your EMS you should be allowed whatever.....as long as you dont endanger others safety responding to a call..whether vehicle, or medical...its just those that join fire companys that choose the calls that they respond to and those that volunteer for EMS and never respond to calls but when they do they drive like morons that give the fire/ems service pov lighting use bad rep.......IMO1- all POV emergency ligthing should be red for fire, and red and white for ems2- all police and federal agencies (FBI, CIA, others) should be red and blue, and headlight flashing systems..3...its stupid how some states cops and state troopers are all blue....4.....so you can imagine what happens when you get tourists to another state/country...5..also some states allow EMS only green lights. "doesnt everyone know green means go?...(removed)"6.lastly some states only allow fireman Ambers lights "just like mailmen, road crews, snowplows..and so on ...."who yields for them?"7 until theres requirements for people to be able to display emergency lighting such as EVOC (emergency vehicle operators course) there will be morons who give a reason for police to pull over fire/ems personnell that are resonding for legitimate reasons in their POV's (personal occupancy vehicles)

So were you like Dude, I'm going to a EMS call, and you're not helping matters by pulling me over... and did he let you go, or was there a bunch of BS before he finally let you go?(I'd keep it legal, as cool as it would look with headlight strobes)

took the Vibe to the dealer for its appointment today!....the right front side molding apparently had been installed crappy at the factory and was becoming loose...soooo they installed the new molding they had to order for me (under warranty) ...also they told me to bring in the exhaust for them to take a look at.....told me take about an hour...only ended up being about half and hour.....($50).....soooo the Borla Exhaust is on!.....so far I love it...the guys at the dealer had a lil fun playing with my lights....which i expected them to do....lol

my exterior/visual phase i thought was nearing completion...other things i can think of now are...1-painting the calipers2-lowering springs3-decals 4-angeleye headlights5-underbody led kit6-painted grille (darker so it matches tint, visors, bug deflector)7-painted keyhole inserts8-hidden hitch trailer hitch so I'm starting to gather ideas for the interior/performance/suspension....1-cold air intake2-STB bar3-front sway bar4-rear sway bar5-front seat covers (Katskin or Wet Okele)6-rear seat covers (Katskin or Wet Okele)7-heated seats8-rear floor mats (GM ones) 9-upgraded stereo...(so you can hear me coming from a half a mile away)10-sound deadening material11-rear console cargo power outlet addition?anyone else have any ideas that i can literally drive myself nutz thinking bout how im gonna come up with the money to satisfy my "wants" rather than needs....LOL BTW here are pics of the new tires/rims mounted....http://community.webshots.com/...mvqfs
