I need some more info from you.Does it feel like it drops a cylinder when it's cold or warm to hot only.Is it one plug that's all fouled up or all of them? And when you step on the gas,do you notice any black or white smoke coming out of the exhaust.

I would change the plugs. To be honest, something sounds off,are you sure the engine has only 4500 miles on it.Maybe the engine was replaced with an older one due to the accident or for some other reason.

OEM Denso Iridium or NGK IX Iridium. It shouldn't need a new air filter yet but an OEM Denso would be good when the time comes.

I dont think hit should be an issue. I bought mine used with 23000 on it, took it to the dealer and they said I had warrantee left. At least ask them 1st before changing anything.

301 and 302 are misfire codes, cylinder 1 and 2. Take it to where you bought it and get it checked. I'd say it's injectors partly blocked but the mileage is very low for any kind of problem. You could throw a lot of parts at it before you find the problem. Try running a tank or two of Techron, it worked for me when I had a misfire.
