While attempting to reply to a member, who's screen name is all caps, I received a message that stated I could not post my comments because I had more capital letters then lowercase letters... (removed)? Are all cap thread titles the much of a problem?

I cannot seem to find the topic now, but this has been something that has been encountered for a number of years on the site. It's just such a rare occurrence that the inconvenience is greatly outweighed by the annoyance of all-caps threads. It's not just the titles, but the threads themselves that we're trying to avoid all caps in. Just change the bit of the reply title that has the user's name and you are good to go.
