2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

Post by Whelan »

Figured I'd look for some input, I am searching through Tirerack now and my dad needs new rubber for his Jeep. He wants OEM sizing so I am looking for a decent tire, nothing crazy expensive and all season. Any recommendations would be welcomed. I'm personally wondering if he should just stick with the Goodyear Wranglers he has. Thanks!

The Goodyear Wranglers are great all-season tires. Even do ok off-road (if you are referring to the all-terrains).

FWIW, I have the Wranglers on my Jeep now. Came with them and do like them!

Well apparently my Dad hates them. I was checking out Tirerack and noticed that for a good $20 cheaper you can get a set of Yokohama Geolander's. Still has the white lettering which he likes, and they have ratings that are much higher than the Wrangler's in all categories. I have seen them on cars before. Any thoughts.
