Got the Vibe back

Post by kevera »

Finally,it's ready and at my house. The hood looks good but it doesn't sit the way I'd like it to.I also got the front extensions painted to match the new paint on the front bumper and hood, but the dummies installed them with no brackets and with this weather I don't want to use the Vibe as a snow plow.Overall I am pleased. It's snowing with freezing rain out right now so the pics suckPics are for you Jason.

(removed)>>>>> PICTURES>>>> my car looks about the same... nothing but freezing rain and sleet today I guess the SLP hood didn't create a problem with the make believe Supercharger you have under the hood

I'm curious as to how that hood will do over the winters. I was told that I would have to switch the hood out every winter due to the extreme cold. So I sold the one I had a couple years ago with out painting or installing it.

can't tell at all. i have it on my LGT and the STI. once I get the new car, it'll go on that too. Mav had a strip for the hood, but not the entire front end. I know it's saved my bumper many many times! I'd probably have no paint left on it!

we also have the sideskirts and rear bumper (top) done on both cars to help prevent scratching.
