That time of the year.

After work today I took the dogs out for there daily run and found a large patch of morel mushrooms. Any other members like morel mushroom? Damn these are tasty!

I have some kind of mushrooms that grow in my yard, but I don't think you'd wanna eat them. I've got the kind that grow off of rotting wood (tree stumps).

Ya, I didn't think so. I'm not really a mushroom person (small doses only, please!) ... so I wasn't about to sample the ones in my yard. There are stumps that were ground just below grass level, then the grass grew overtop, now every time it rains there's a new crop of 'shrooms. The sure blow apart when you run over 'em with the lawn mower.

We have some that grow around here that some people realy like to eat...... they are kind of illegal and for some reason they are called magic mushrooms.......

About that picture:All I can say is EWWW, NASTY, GROSS, DISGUSTING, GAG!!!I hate mushrooms in general, but the look of that one totally freaks me out!
