Where is the ECU?

Looking to swap the ECU on a 03 Vibe but I cant find it.

It's on the passenger side under the glove box.Remove the glove box, and there's also a bolt or two that holds a plastic guard that hides the ECU.

I found it. it was the divider between the passnger foot area & the bottom of the glove box hole. I was tricked by this 'ECU'

HAHA.. i am guessing you have an alarm on your car... that's a glass sensor.
