Rockford opinions

Looking at outfitting the RF Punch 6.5 Triaxials (P163C) into a GMC Sierra. Any opinions on these speakers?

Any opinions on these speakers?I guess they aren't bad, but the tri-axial thing is a bunch of hogwash... anything over a coaxial is just bling to get people to buy into the "more is better" thing... You already have the upper registers of the music covered, it's the lower registers that need the most help... It's EAZY to reproduce high frequencies, but much harder to get the mid-bass/bass reproduced properly... How much were you looking to spend on them??

Me? None. It's the old man that's looking at them. I think they were $89 (CDN) a pair.

Well, I don't know much about shipping to canada, but you could to the man a favor and brows through Crutchfield.com and try and hook the man up... It may just point out some better options...
