Speakers Installation and type - I'm clue less

I am looking at changing out my factory speakers and Crutchfield gives some recommendations for the front and back seat, but most of these are 4 Ohms and from other discussions I have read it looks like the factory ones are 2 Ohms does this matter? Also I tried to remove the back Sub, but had no luck any suggestions or information on how to do this would be great. Also the Sub looks like it is 6" and all I can find aftermarket are 8" or larger, does this matter?Any tips on changing these out and recommendations on types of moderately priced speakers would be appreciated.
