Photoshoot of the cars Nov 4 07

Post by AKLGT »

Took a drive up to Arctic Valley for a photoshoot of the cars in wintermode. I still have to install the HIDs, put the Spec B/Struts back on and would like to add some mudflaps this winter.

Gorgeous. Snow makes some cars look so bold and intense I can smell the snow coming my way

the tire marks were there before us. pretty much all ice up there, not much snow really. as for the difference b/w winter and summer modes are (for me right now) just the tires. I have yet to re-install stock Spec B springs/OEM struts to regain my ride height, fix the passenger headlight so I can install the HIDs, and I'd like some mudflaps to keep the rocks/sand/gravel to a minimum this winter. but ya, we have matching rims and tires for winter and summer! LOL

It may not be snow but it's white stuff on the ground. I wish we could get some soon here in CT. My AWD Trix is screaming at me to be used, so for the moment I am forced to gun it from lights in the rain and play around corners.

winter mode for me is alloy ASA 17" rims wrapped in hankook studded winter tires. Unlike my summer set up of gold BBS rims and summer tires.I have a bunch I took also but need to resize before uploading them.
