My parents just bought a new 2008 Vibe last night, and will take delivery Monday! 3 miles on it when we test drove it.I know my dad's going to haul stuff so I want to surprise him with a cargo liner. I did some searching on here and read the sticky.I really want something that will protect from the tailgate all the way to the tops of the rear seats when they are folded. I see two possibilities, both seem like Ebay only items. One is a set of 3 mats: one mat for the back of each individual rear seatback, and the 3rd for the "trunk" liner.Good thing is they seem to fit very well, cover well, and you could use them with 1 or 2 seats folded down. bad thing is, they do leave the crevice between seats and floor exposed so dirt/liquid could go down there.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItemThen there's this thing. All one piece, which would help with spills, but makes it more awkward to use. welcome and congrats on your dads new purchaseI also saw those items on Ebay - although we don't haul alot of dirty stuff around, we do use the space quite a bit. We bought a $10 black mat at Walmart, similiar to the first item, and cut it to size. The back of the seats aren't covered, but I suppose you could use double-sided tape to put carpet down. You might want to leave the crack available - since theres additional cargo space behind the rear seats have fun!

I can vouch for the first item. I bought three items from that seller: the laydown mats, the cargo mats and the luggage shade. They're all really nice.
