Yeah, I got 12, but some was given away by seeing the GT symbol in the background, or on the plate of the car or soemthing like that.It was hard... makes me sad a bit that I got a 360 instead of a PS3

All of the Gran Turismo games have been Playstation exclusives. Forza Motorsport for Xbox and Forza Motorsport 2 for Xbox 360 are probably the closest you'll get. Looks like we get an even longer wait than we've been told previously......this story from "Top Gear" came out today. I for one am very P.O.'d.... I bought the PS3 just for GT5...and since they've dropped the price....twice. I'm really begining to distrust Sony....or at least the Playstation branch thereof. Personally, I'd sell your PS3 and buy an Xbox 360 with Forza 2. In fact, they are coming out with a bundle that includes Forza 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance at the end of this month.

GT is the ultimate racer, forza is awesome but like sony said they are two different games. GT5 prologue is out in Japan already for download on ps3 I bought a psp for gt4 mobile...guess what? thats been delayed for 2 yrs and still hasnt had a date set..so i feel your pain but I didnt buy a ps3 at launch because i knew games would take over a year to get out and I didnt want to spend that much and have it sit, as you see games are finally coming and in 2008 the ps3 will be a force to reckon with.

Sony electronics must be having financial trouble...their PS3 is not been selling like they had hoped and BluRay has not taken over the HD movie market. Sony/Toshiba recently announced that Sony is selling the plant that makes the "Cell" processor and GPU used in the PS3 to Toshiba. I find that shocking considering Toshiba is their direct competitor in the HD movie battle between HDDVD/BluRay.

each company has branches, the toshiba semiconductor branch is under the same umbrella as "toshiba" but is seperate in its...well business. It is talking about its semiconductor company aka making hardware, if sony can move that to more 3rd party people it can save money thus drop prices. hence the new 40gb model ps3 with is 400. I see no news of blu ray not beating HD dvd...as Blu ray was outselling last i heard...the only news i heard was transformers was the best selling HD dvd title. There was news of a new blu ray making process that would be super cheap and could use standard cd/dvd manf. plants. Also toshiba joint ventured into the HD dvd market so them going into making cell processors and other hardware has nothing to do with bluray/hd dvd wars.....its all about business and money :/ as you see, IBM made all 3 chips for wii, x360 and ps3.

IBM themselves are using the cell for some server applications and as per the article toshiba is interested in using a cell processor for consumer based products. bluray is a laser technology which similar (the color) to HD it uses different techniques in its output from the laser to read the discs and encode/decode the info to the device. in conclusion not to get all up in faces, im sort of intoxicated, the article is talking about cell processor production not bluray/hd wars. so in a sense they have nothing to do with eachother.
