Tensioner going?

I believe my 05 Base vibe belt tensioner is slowly giving up on me. I had it replaced once under warranty, however it is making a different noise now. It seems to be noisier when the engine is cold, at low rpms and when the car is in gear. after accelerating from a stop sighn or light you can hear a growling noise, When looking under the hood, the belt flutters and the tensioner pully vibrates as well. I would like any info on prices and perhaps a good company to buy from, maybe one thats a little more durable. I would like to be driving a "Vibe" not a "Vibe"rator.

Mine did the same thing and was replaced under warranty as well. See my reply in your other post.
