Anybody have the part number for this? I guess it's not in my kit and the guy said he never got one and never used it. He said that 99% of the people don't replace it.........but I want to do it.
When I bought a supercharger for my '04 a few years ago, I could not get any parts let alone part#s. I gave up and returned it to the seller. There were only part #s for the whole kit, auto or manual.
Might need to try the auto parts stores and get a genaric heat treated bolt.+88_________________+880________+880_______________++80________++88_____Homie____+880_________++88_____________++88__________+880___________++88___________+888_________++880____________++880_______++880_____________++888_____+++880______________++8888__+++8880++88___________+++8888+++8880++8888___________++888++8888+++888888+80_______++88++8888++8888888++888______++++++888888fx88888888888_______++++++88888888888888888_______++++++++000888888888888________+++++++00008f8888888888_________+++++++00088888888888__________+++++++0888f8888888___________+++++++08888l888888____________+++++++8888888888

I emailed Monkeywrench, as they rework a lot of these engines. I also noticed that they use ARP products. This is the response I got:You should not be doing anything with the crank bolt. The stock one is excellent. Thanks,Matt @ Monkeywrench
Well, looking at the Toyota Matrix Repair manual. I found a drawing showing the stock crankshaft bolt......but not really a part number. It says:138 (1,407, 102)Not sure how to decipher that.
I'll change it when I get it. But I'm going to do the install without it so I'll maybe run it on the stock bolt for a week or two. A lot of people, especially on the Corolla forums, never ever changed it and have been running it fine for about a year or so. I don't really want to risk it, though, as I occasionally drive home to Green Bay and that's a little over a 2 hour drive, and I'll be travelling for business soon as well, and I wouldn't want to deal with a snapped pulley bolt.
