cross bars

I just purchased a set of used cross bars, but there were no installation instructions, so if anyone could tell me how to install them, i would really appreciate it.L

Pop the end caps off(pull up on those black plastic caps on the end of the rails),then un-screw the antenna.The rails will slide on then.
