Even the new RS4 has those LEDs ARRRGGHHH!!!

I gotta get somethin goin here. I'm almost tempted when I pull my lights apart to paint them, then get some of those stick inside your headlight LEDs and face like 4-5 of them outwards in white. But that may look odd, so I may stick with the bumper for ease. Gotta get goin on this project!

....what are the led's even for? I mean DRL? or just looks, cuz they dont throw a ton of light for how small those ones are..... and they are directional.

Appearance mostly, although they could be a DRL alternative, saw them on an S6 recently, looked pretty bright, of course I would shut them off at night when driving so they don't throw off the yellow fogs and headlamps, but at dusk and on cloudy days and parked at night, should look wicked hot!They are somewhat directional, you can see them from the side a bit.
